What do this mean?
Phase 2 of our Prestige Catchup mechanic: Characters which were level 50 prior to the 6.1.0 update will receive 2 Prestige levels, as if they had been prestiged before the update.

It means that if you had a character that was level 50 BEFORE update 6.1.0 dropped, you'll gain 2 additional prestige levels for some reason.
Except if that character was P3, in that case you can go suck your thumb because you're not worhty of BHVR's attention.
