Should I buy Spirit or Plague?
I've got 9000 shards and I don't know who to buy. I'm leaning towards spirit but still kinda torn
btw i dont care about their perks or strength for the most part

Both are strong, Spirit is a bit stronger, Plague has the better Perks. Personally I would prefer Plague.

Spirit is the most fun killer in the game and she brings out joy to everyone. Definitely get her.

I love Spirit gameplay a lot, Plague is fun though! What are some of your other favorite killers? The playstyle is so different on these!

As much as GannTM will hate me for saying this, Spirit gets stale fast.
Go for Plague. She also has some amazing perks.

Plague is fun, but I played spirit more. Plague is unique but spirit's gameplay is way more unique and fun. Something about relying on sound instead of vision is just such a good concept.
Plus spirit fury with enduring is one of the most fun as well as strong combos.

Plague for perks spirit if you only care about strength. Both are really good though but Spirit probably edges out Plague a bit. Overall I would say Plague though.

I've not played plague, but i have trying out spirit more recently and she is amazingly good, so many ways to use her power, anti looping, avoiding palle stuns, insta grabbing ppl off of gens or even just standing still so ppl think you're phasing and try to double back 🤣 she's so much fun to play. Not so much fun to play against though.

Spirit and Plague are both killers I play quite a bit of. I would describe the difference between them as Spirit is a more mobile, chase oriented killer. She has simpler gameplay (note not easier), but is a more fast action-oriented killer. She excels at the micro-game: using her power to out play or out mind game survivors at loops, and failing that, using it to negate the distance they gain if they outplay her. She has a few options of play, my personal favorite is taking more of a stealth approach with her.
Plague on the other hand is much more about the macro game - seeing the bigger picture, understanding where all the survivors are, what they are doing, and adjusting to counter that. She has one of the best chase powers in the game, but you have to have a gameplan to gain access to that power (and there are multiple approaches to do so). You have to pay attention to what the survivors are doing and adjust your game accordingly, being able to swap from one style of play to another at a moment's notice. She is more of the chess player's killer.

Plague has the better perks but spirit has the better skins. So spirit.

plauge is a complex killer and has so much depth and strategies to her power and great addon variety that allow a lot of different gameplay styles while spirit is usually just "phase and follow survivor" plus she counters the healing meta.
however her vomit hitbox and how she can lose her power due to a stun ot not getting it at all due to no cleansing are frustrating aspects of her power.
spirit on the other hand like someone said gets stale fast there isn't that much to her and without good addons she struggles cuz a survivor can just stand at a pallet and hear exactly where you are and if you're not fast enough they can react to you but she is a bit better in chase and much simpler.

I feel like the exact opposite. With plague, you really need some good decision making making and aim. With Spirit, all you need is to ruin you hearing by using a headset to the max.
I don't have a headset so I'm biased. I literally can't play spirit at all.
Edit: to add further explanation, while Nurse is my main and definitely my favourite killer (I just find her fun, it's not about strength), her power is also very stale and it's easy to get bored of it after a few matches.
I think that killers with very straight to the point powers are easy to get bored of. But that's just my view.

Maybe it's just me but I'm not a fan of Killers that ignore parts of the game. Nurse is obviously the biggest offender, but Spirit is up there.

Personally for me spirit is pretty boring it's just hit-phase-hit.
Plague has so many different playstyles. You can go for quick downs with apples, aura reading build with black incense, even her meme brown add-on is actually good and gets people sick extremely quickly. The reason I would say not plague is if you're impatient cuz you do have to take the time to get people sick and build up some pools most of the time but she feels broken once you do.
