SWF and Discord
I have a question about discord teams, i know its nice to play with friends thats ok but discord communication isnt part of this game so its clearly wrotten at EULA, thus should illegal but almost every SWF play by this way, i can understand developers looking for more cash but this break gameplay experience and giving really unfairly adventage to swf.
Are developers going to do something or like every final stage games "you can do anything as long as you pay ?"

No they already have said that using Discord is not against the EULA.

It's been confirmed multiple times that you are allowed to use comms. It's not breaking any rules.
What would they do for console? Ban people from party chats?

You might need to swing by the doctor and have them check out your shoulder. That's such a reach that you had to have pulled at least a few muscles making it.

If you're going to throw out there the EULA and how it's "illegal" to talk to people over discord while playing, you're insinuating you want these people banned from the game. So, you.
Edit: Want is a strong word since you were only asking a question, but there is a strong correlation between saying something is illegal based on the EULA and thinking something should be bannable

Dark Souls did use to kick you into offline mode if you went into a party chat while in-game.
I don't know why they did that, but they did. Though that was two generations ago.

No no, it was very deliberate. You'd get an in-game message telling you to go ######### yourself for using party chat and kick you to the main menu.

Mods have said time and time again that this example does NOT cover using comms. It is not bannable or considered cheating by BHVR . If you are unconvinced, simply @ a mod and they will confirm it for you.
Regardless of your opinion or interpretation of the rules, this has already been covered many times.

Wait one sec OP. Let me get you a link to the official DBD discord channel where anybody can create a four man SWF party to play with.

You're not gonna win an argument acting this way. The Devs themselves have said it's not bannable. Arguing that it should because of vague EULA wording isn't gonna win them over.

So what is your suggestion? Just ban everyone that plays SWF under the assumption they might be using Discord? There is absolutely no way for you to prove they are using it, they might just be sitting together in the same room - is that also illegal?
Given that it is completely impossible to prove / prevent from the Devs standpoint, they have already stated on multiple occasions that it is not against the rules - because there is no point in doing that.
In fact, they endorse it by having their own, official Discord server that allows you to group up with others and chat while playing SWF ingame.

You know they do. Everyone knows they do. BHVR know they do and after comms being part of DBD for years, nobody has been banned for using it, nobody WILL be banned for using it because BHVR has said that they do not consider comms to be cheating, and would be hard pressed to come up with something that would auto ban comms on several different platforms.
I'm not sure what you are looking for in this thread other than aggressively trying to get someone to agree with you. You already have that, plenty of people hate comms, but there is nothing to be done about it because as already mentioned, under BHVR's rules, they do not consider it cheating. They even, as already mentioned, have an official discord where SWF's can join up on comms.
I'm a solo player 90% of the time, so really have no use for it, but neither do I have a particular animosity for it. Whether you or I or anybody else considers it an unfair advantage, it's not going anywhere. It's just one of those things you will have to live with unless BHVR suddenly decides it's bannable. End of story.

I know and i am not gonna try to win anything ( this discussion i wont change anything here) , just as i thought game gonna die and developer trying to hold remainder in game , thats why continually changing gameplay mechanics ( like solo survivor nearly unplayable now ) what will happen next time, kind of cheat and hacks will been unseen by developers, if you share that anywhere you wont get proper support.

SWF will ALWAYS have a way to talk to each other, whether you like it or not, you can't ban them for it and they never will make it bannable. They just can't. Cell phones exist too ya know for regular calls, Facetime, etc., not just Discord.

Then I genuinely don't know what point you're trying to make. Solo queue being bad isn't the fault of people "cheating" with discord calls. Also a lot of things give you an advantage in this game but no one is going to ban you for them. For example having a good internet connection, having a better pc or new gen console, if you stream and you change your perk icons to intentionally avoid stream sniping. These give "advantages" but they aren't fundmentally breaking the way the game is meant to be played. The game is not going to die because people are swfing.

And once again someone thinks that Communication is the strength of SWF.
Discord will always be a part of DBD-Survivor gameplay. Just try to actually get better at the game instead of blaming your losses on SWFs or Communication.

As I said the DEVS and MODS have said that Discord IS ALLOWED so it's dosn't matter howany times you post the EULA of the Developers of the game say a program is ok and approved to use them there's nothing we can say about it
