Too Much Wesker
Ok I get everyone loves playing Wesker, but I legit got 3 straight games against him and at this point we I'm considering waiting another few months so I can play against different killers again. Afterall DBD stands for more killers its not Wesker by Daylight for crying out loud. IDC if I have to go up against a nurse I'd be fine with it.

I don't blame people for playing wesker. Hes the first actually good/consistent licensed killer EVER released. You could argue end game pig but we all knew that it was gonna get nerfed.

3 in a row seems alright to me, tbh.
Certainly beats the 6 Nurses in a row I had day after day.
Hell, I even had a game versus Nurse on his release day.

Well until other killers are up to par,you'll be seeing wesker for a good while since he's the next best thing if you don't Want to roll with nurse or blight.
I saw why myself,he's fun and punishes survivors for ignoring him among other things to go on.

And why would they nerf Wesker? Because he's fun? The guy you are directing your response to has exaggerated quite a bit. Wesker is definitely not a top 3 killer. Maybe top 7, but even with that statement I would be careful.

Here is the deal:
You can only pick a killer 3 times a row, after that, you have to play at least 1 game with a different killer, before u can go back to the 3-timer.
What would u think about this?

Just bored of him and don't find him fun to face at least the infection should be slowed so his tunneling ability is not too good. Killers like oni could use buff for example to start with his power as good teams don't give your hits easily but in most games you get the power very quickly agains't normal survivors. Well maybe just small delay that you get it automatically if you don't get hit in first 30s.

Do you go out of your way to use perks that the Killer will find fun or not find boring? I doubt it. So I'm just gonna keep doing whatever I want.

Because "Fun" means too strong. "Fun" means easy to win on. The same dichotomy exists in every game you play. Remember when such as such was "fun" then it got changed for being too strong? Remember when dead hard was "fun" to use? Remember when deathslinger was "fun" When spirit was "fun"
Strong things are fun to play because they require lower effort by the user.
Also yes, too much wesker. Even with the amount of variation he has while people settle on a meta build the game and chases still play out fundamentally the same and you're mostly on the back foot from the first hook against him due to how much he snowballs mid game.

I want to see him in 3 out of 4 matches (1 out of 4 - Myers). Really miss PTB when I have been playing vs him for seven days in a row.

The reason there are so many Wesker he is from a huge Franchise and he is also very strong
Nurse , Blight and Wesker are so overused because they are very strong and maybe the best against good Survicors there are still some other strong Killers like Pyramide Head or Artist but they are Hard to Play or easy counterable
Also Wesker is the First License Killer who is strong against good Survivor

I think it'll die down. Everyone is just super excited to have him. I've already seen less and less Wesker since the release. It's more mixed now. But Resident Evil has a huge fandom, so I can't blame people for playing him lol.

He still is the most played killer one month after this release while most new killers die down after less than a week. He'll definitely stay as one of the most used killers in DBD along Nemmy, Huntress, Legion etc.

Or buff killers up to weskers power (which is beyond hard since every killers power operates differently and survivors cried hard about seeing legion when he got buffed)

Meanwhile I had someone else in a comment section telling me they're a "level 22 Wesker main" and "Wesker is bad, much weaker than Demogorgon" because "he can't land Bounds at 90% of loops, nobody ever gets fully infected, he has worse mobility, and his charge time is too slow". This is at the same time I'm watching another video of someone playing Wesker and landing at least four or five Bounds around corners and at 20 meter range that Demogorgon literally couldn't hit with a Pounce from the same position and multiple survivors who are fully infected. 😄
Don't get me wrong, I like Demogorgon, he's a solid killer. He and Wesker are both solid A tier killers. I'd probably put Wesker a little over Demogorgon overall because I think his power in chases slightly outweighs Demo's better tracking but that's just me. He's not trash, though. If someone is doing badly with Wesker it's probably the player, not the character.

I'd prefer the MM system help avoid repetitiveness. You won't be matched to the same killer or map more than twice in a row, unless someone brings an offering for the repetitive map or after 5 mins there's absolutely no other killer of remotely close MMR.

I am getting pretty sick of him myself, I get that he is new so people tend to want to try the new killer but I have had him back to back to back at times and it does start to get very old very fast. I don't know what the solution is since there is no way to dodge and I guess this is at least one of the many reasons team mates kill themselves first hook

I don't get the anti Wesker outcry tbh. I find him really fun to play against and not too powerful that it feels like every Wesker game is going to be some sort of wipe.

Yes, I think he is going to be a fan favorite. Even if you don't like RE, he's still really fun to zip around and throw people with lol. I think that's why Legion is still a fan fav. He go fast. Zooooom.

Fun doesnt always mean too strong. I like wesker because i can charge survivors into walls or chuck them. I find that fun gameplay. I wouldn't care if he was the weakest killer in the game. That just looks astetically pleasing and sick to perform.

That's one of my favorite things to do. Their vault isn't ######### if you can just quick loop. It's fun watching them get frustrated.

Its kinda odd... Most people claimed they had a blast when Onryo (Borderline weakest Killer in the game) was released and most people claimed they enjoyed the horror that Dredge brought back to the game (mid-tier locker jumpscare machine) but now all of a sudden this chapter there's a hate-wave on seeing the newest Killer too often when the character is actually higher up amongst the high tiers?
I bet that if he was another M1 Killer without mobility people would be having the best time of their lives seeing him all day

He is one of the best designed licensed killers we have ever had. I'd even argue and say he is one of the best designed killers period. He is strong, but he also has plenty of counter play. He is also one of the few killers that is actually good at shack. Most importantly, he is just plain fun. Throwing survivors around the map? Yes please.
I enjoy playing as and facing Wesker. The only other killer I've gotten this enjoyment from is Demogorgan, and probably Nemesis. Nemesis is more of a toss up because of Zombie AI, but you can still have some great fun on both sides there.

I literally made on ragequit once. I wasnt even being toxic. I just ran him on a chase right across rpd, poor dude still hadn't landed hit on me after 3 gens so he just ragequit 😅 he was fairly new.
