Anyone else's game running slow?
By slow its probably not that slow but I get stuck on "initialization complete" or even when loading into a basic lobby such as "play as survivor" (probably only 10odd extra seconds but it use to be instant)
Usually these things are instant for me, didnt even know there was an entity loading symbol on loading into a lobby... anyone else been getting this recently?

I've had it stuck on "initialization completed", solved it by restarting steam.
As for it being slow usually if I restart it goes back to normal too.

I'm on console and a reset isnt fixing it, I mean it loads just not instant like it use to be
On console next gen and has been instant until the last week odd so it's not that

Mine's been slow lately, but I was chalking that up to an aging computer. I do notice there's a significant delay between initializing and loading in, though.

I cant imagine that's why, like nothing else is slow, can find a match and load into the game pretty much instantly but loading into a lobby or the initializing part seems to take longer even if it's only 10 odd seconds. I assume it's that little patch they did for the incentives

Im on PS5 and since 1 or 2 updates ago, starting screen load up takes insane amount of time than it ever needed before

Nothing has changed for me, still instant, but I'm on pc

Yeah it use to on xbox one but on nex gen theres next to no loading, like some times loading a match takes 2seconds.
It's just weird that these 2 things now have a slower load time for no reason recently

on xbox series x. yes i'm getting the exact same thing, hanging on "initialization complete" then taking like 30 seconds to load into survivor or killer screens

All they did was fix the incentive and they messed up the menu optimization lol
Yeah kinda stupid, I can load bigger and more complex games faster, think DBD is the slowest I own

yea i did feel some fps drop too
weird enough the PTB has better fps than live tho the animations are like 2 frames lol

thing is though on pc and on switch it still loads just fine. it's just on my XsX it's hanging for some reason. hopefully the next update fixes it

I thought it was just me! Takes ages to load into survivor or killer and joining my friends lobby takes a lot longer as well and I'm on xbox series S. Hope this gets sorted soon.

one thing that they did not fix from ptb is graphical memory leaks from knight's power. His power still has all these green energy beams all over the place. maybe your game is running slowly due to the knight's graphic memory leaks. kinda surprised that they did not fix that. the 300% m/s speed bug is also not fixed.

That happend even before this chapter since the last big patch for me (XSX). Thought they fixed it, but no.
