Quick Question (About The Mangled Effect)

Does Sloppy Butchers mangled effect stack with Wraiths "Blind Warrior" - White's Mangled effect?
Or is it pointless to stack them?
Because I know that Sloppy Butcher makes survivors suffer considerably from Mangled, but for the Wraith addon it just says suffers from the Mangled (Also hemorrhage, but not the focus) status effect until healed.
Is there a baseline for the "Mangled" effect?

As far as I'm aware it doesn't stack but perhaps @DocOctober knows.

1 More thing to add, if it does not stack, which one is more effective? The addon or the perk?
