Why do people want Scooby-Doo has a chatper
It wouldn't be possible because Scooby-Doo is a kids show so I don't even think it would be possible.

Scooby-Doo has been going on forever. I imagine most adults have watched it at some point so I don't think "it's a kid show" really holds ground here.
Scooby-Doo has some minor horror elements to it and likely why people want a chapter. But personally I don't think Scooby-Doo can really make a chapter, because who would you even pick for the killer? I could easily see collab type thing we get some skins that pay tribute to Scooby-Doo.

Not a chapter, but an event. We'd get cosmetics themed after characters from the shows by participating in the event. At the start of the trial, the killer would wear a large goofy mask, and the survivors goal would be to stun the killer until the mask drops. Killers would gain points for downing survivors near pallets, and would gain some points for holding on to the mask over time.
All chase music would be replaced with different music, preferably unlicensed so that streamers can enjoy it too. Survivors would sometimes randomly teleport to different lockers when jumping into them quickly.

Since we now get this super funny but stupid Dwight mummy skin I would love a Scooby-Doo skin pack with four skins for the survs and maybe four skins for killers that are designed in a Scooby-Doo fashion

People want it because DBD plays very similarly to any random episode of Scooby Doo. A small group of idiots run around in random directions while terrible, license-free music plays. The gang loops around non-euclidean hallways, often right into the monster's face who then immediately fails an object permanency test designed for infants and loses them. Then the episode just sorta ends after running around for a bit.

Scooby-Doo especially recently has shown that it will jump into actual horror themes.
Especially with the new series coming out including Gore and very dark themes

Scooby-Doo is a horror mystery genre while yes it isn't scary for a lot of horror buffs it doesn't mean it couldn't be put in a horror game
I mean look at the crossover with Attack on Titan it isn't exactly horror it is mostly action and politics yet they still got skins for it

Skins would be cool, don't think the characters themselves would be good additions though. Show is too lighthearted.
Outfit tributes could be Dwight as fred, jake as shaggy, meg as daphne and caludette as velma. Maybe a mustery machine charm for survs.

The new Scooby series has gore so not anymore, I don't know if we really need NEW characters but I would like some cool nod-2 perks. But legendary skins would suffice I suppose

In all honesty we have cosmetics for: a giant, pink elephant costume; bunnies for both Legion and Feng; Dwight coming out wrapped in toilet roll; a killer who's a pop star; a Ghost Face derp mask; various luminous outfits; swimsuits... beforehand, I'd not feel Scooby Doo would fit, but now Legendary cosmetics wouldn't be out of place.
It's not my first choice, but I wouldn't have a problem with it. Especially as killer, since their clothes would stand out a mile with their colour schemes.
