anyone else finding nemesis insanely annoying?
i feel like all nemesis players i meet are either insanely sweaty and slug all games or straight up toxic facecampers...

No. Not at all. He is not fun or interesting to go againts imo but he is not terrible by any means.

The issue with Nemesis is how inconsistent he is with his kit, with the tentacle hitting you times it shouldn’t and others times it should’ve along with the zombies being either worthless or carrying and just being an overall unhealthy addition to the game. Additionally, since he’s on the weaker end of killers they will normally play with stronger builds and use the top starts and the tunneling is likely because of the three hit with power mechanic.

Nemesis is definitely not on the weaker side of killers. 😂 he’s got one of the best anti loops.

I personally find t-bagging after every minor successful vault and waiting at the exit gates to t-bag pretty annoying, and that's not even tied to a specific survivor ~Meg~ ~Feng~ but its just a part of the game.

i hate his stupid Linger tech (the one that you can drag is tentacle after a miss and it still counts like a hit) it shouldn't exists. this tech just makes the character more braindead and he is already easy enough.

In my matches they're usually fun matches, and never noted any that slug unless it makes sense. It's one killer I enjoy facing.

I had a 45 minute match with a nemesis this morning. Stalemate on last gen. It was me and a Feng against a TTV Killer. I think everyone was ready for it to end. I gave up and got hooked. Feng got Mori'd. Boring times, boring times...

I personally love going against him in chases. The zombies however badly RNG they can be for Nemesis are very annoying especially when they're lingering around generators. That's probably my only gripe.

Nems just not a well designed killer to begin with. He looks cool and the zombie are a cool idea but terribly implemented and his tentacle is just boring

His power is not very useful and most of his addons are trash. So in order to get kills as weak killer, there aren´t really many options for "nice" gameplay.

I don't think the zombies are unhealthy. I haven't heard any legitimate arguments against them other than, "What?! I have to go against a killer AND 2 zombies?!" like someone with 50 hours would say.

I don't know how anyone can simply describe Nemi as annoying. I think the word you are actually looking for is "inconsistent". Sometimes everything works perfectly for Nemi and he becomes a monster to deal with. Other times he can't seem to do anything right. His zombies are the worst kind of drug addicts you'll ever see. Walking in a direction then forgetting why, getting stuck on every imaginable object completely unaware of their surroundings. BHVR gave them the good stuff.

for me its most of the time a ping issue. when it's nemesis and the killer has red ping, i know i will get hits with his tentacle that wouldnt happen with normal ping.

I have the most fun vs nemesis. Sneaky zombies spawning behind me. I keep confused by zombies looking like survivors. Zombies blocking a gen or pallet then I need to go somehwere else.
It's always a refreshing gameplay.

Nah not really, I no longer see him as often as I did which makes him far less annoying to me. I get sick of any killer I see too often and currently Wesker is that killer

As a nemesis main he does lack what top tier killers do. But he is still a really decent killer.
his tentacles are the only thing that keeps him even viable. His anti loop in good. When the zombies actually do their jobs and aren’t just a being stupid, they can be kinda broken
If you play smart and keep people sick it’s just a time game at that point.
I have found him to be a great killer but I am not a top tier killer either yet.

It’s simply because they’re an AI and have no real player input into them which is my personal issue and would rather them be replaced with one of Nemesis’s weapons.

The only pressure is to quickly get to infection level II. We relied on Marvin's Blood for that, but it has been nerfed now.

tru3 knows about the nemesis tech. virtually every player that plays nemesis to a good-level uses this tech.

Indeed. I'll take Nemmy over Wesker any day. Nemmy is far more fun and the zombies make things interesting at times. Wesker is just a spammy, chatty, one trick irritant. When I spawn in matches and I see a supply chest I always hope for Nemmy. If it's not, I leave asap.

This whole argument of "fun is why people play games" is so flawed when it comes to pvp games. Like sure when it was back in the 80's or 90's where its just beating other peoples pac-man scores or doom. But into a somewhat serious pvp game that isn't super cartoony like splatoon, you expect to have to work for your fun. What I mean by that is playing someone of equal skill is a lot more fun to a more serious group than pub stomping.
Also expecting something to be inherently fun with another player(s) opposing you is just silly as its a whole new random factor.

I honestly find Nemesis a lot of fun to verse. I absolutely though am incredibly biased since I'm a huge fan of the Resident Evil Chapter and got him day 1. I love everything about him and his chase music rocks.
