Prestige
Hello,
Prior to the update that introduced the new prestige system, i had all my survivors and killers at level 50. I put them all to P1 prior to that update so that they could receive the bonus P3 levels. When the update dropped my killers were all granted the correct levels, however my survivors did not. Some of them were P1 for some reason. I created a support ticket explaining my issue. With the recent prestige catch-up, with the bonus two levels I received a follow up email saying my issue was resolved. However I was only granted two more levels on my survivors but my killers received nothing. Yet, that didn’t fix my original issue as all my survivors and killers should have been P5. The support team said a dedicated team is looking over my case. I am just wondering if anyone else here has the same problem as i do. It’s been a few months now, idk how much longer this can possibly take.

Prestige Catch-Up: Characters who were level 50 and prestige 0, 1, or 2 as of the 6.1.0 release will receive 2 bonus prestige levels, as though they had been prestiged. (updated on Live Build 7th October)
If all your killers were P3 you weren't getting the 2 bonus prestige levels.

Thanks for the reply! You’re correct, I misunderstood but my survivors are still not correct, because they were never giving the correct levels, for example my Dwight was P1 after that update but my Meg was zero. Now Dwight is P3, but Meg is P2. When they all should be P3. Nonetheless, thanks for the reply!

Yeah that seems about right if your Dwight was P1 two levels would put him at P3 the same with Meg.

If your Meg was lvl 50 P0, then she received two additional levels, making her P2.
Your Dwight was P1, so he became P3 by receiving 2 levels.
Both of them received two levels, so I believe there is no problem with the numbers ?

Hi,
so prior to that update that introduced the prestige system 6.1.0, I prestiged all my survivors and killers to P1, so they could then be P3 when the 6.1.0 patch came. All my killer were granted the correct levels (P3), but my survivors didn’t. Meg was at zero, Dwight P1 for example, when they all should have been P3. So now they gave my survivors two more levels, but that left most at P2. I was just wondering if anyone else was experiencing this issue.

So you're saying that before the update, you prestiged Meg to P1, and after the update she was P0 ? That seems odd :/

Yes, and Meg wasn’t the only one, most were at zero. Zarina, who I don’t use often was also at P1 after that update much like Dwight. So I am confused also. They said they are looking into it, but I feel I have been waiting forever.
