Looks like original chapter this time around. That's good. These are usualy the most unique killer powers.

I'm pretty sure BHVR has done that with another license before. Throw out a teaser and not displaying the license holder logo so people wouldn't guess the chapter immediately.
Wouldn't take that as evidence towards no license.

Not a huge fan of medieval stuff, but it's going to be my first time having a new (presumably) original killer releasing on the game (I joined a couple of weeks after Dredge came out), so I'm kind of excited since I usually like them more than licensed ones. :)

A Black Knight style killer could be fun. Oni is already sort of in the vein of an evil knight so it’ll be interesting to see what the new character does differently mechanically.

IMO it is entirely possible that this Chapter is inspired by For Honor in any way. Since the deal back then was so one-sided that it would just make sense if there was more to it than a Charm for DBD.
@Topic:
I am happy already. A Knight as a Killer was clearly missing in my opinion, so this is a Plus already for me. And chances are also there that it will be a mobility Killer (you can easily give a Horse to a Knight, it would totally make sense) and not Anti-Loop Killer number 459.

because for honor does not belong in dbd at all. Killers should always be horror related. For Honor is not horror.

Would prefer that if this is the case. Because I prefer Original Chapters over licensed ones, so if they have an Original Chapter with Legendary Skins with licensed Content, this would be fine for me.

Things don't have to be Horror related. As long as The Entity can corrupt it and draw that soul in to make a new Beast then it become horror.
A dishonored knight for example....or a evil knight in general.....look at Artist, she was a normal girl with some minor mental issues that the Entity corrupted and twisted to the Birb Mama we have today.

I would not mind a collaboration with Dungeons and Dragons. Make it a death knight. Glowing black sword, glowing red eyes, blackened armor. Perhaps like Lord Soth.

I'm almost certain it's original for 2 reasons.
1) Only BHVR logo and copyright at the end.
2) The only 2 licenced chapters we have that don't share a name with their source material are Leatherface and Sadako Rising, both of which also give away the name of their included characters (also the half chapter/paragraph Left Behind from the very start of the game).
Of course, I could easily be wrong (but do I want to be?)

Some kind of 'Black Knight' killer would be cool, regardless of whether it's original or this For Honor cross over deal. Though I think I saw some speculation that it may be a similar deal to Ghostface, in that it's based on a proprietary design but is original in terms of lore, etc.
I also second Nazgul would be cool. Maybe an idea for cosmetics for this killer.
