Bleed out
Can a killer please answer me why when I'm the last person some killers let me bleed out the whole time instead of putting me on the hook to die? It's wasting my time when I just want to move on. I mean you're getting the kill so why? What's the point?

Well there you go. If you keep going to an area where the nearest hook is far away, and you're struggling and about to wiggle off, the killer's gonna stop bothering.

Could just be one of your teammates put them in a bad mood. Somebody irritated the killer and everyone now pays for it.

And since the last Survivor downed in proximity of a hook struggles he deserves to get slugged for 4 minutes? What kind of logic is that?

I usually do it to people who stop doing everything and just hide when there are 2 survivors left. Or people who give up at beginning

Sometimes there's no hook nearby and you'll wiggle out before they reach one. In that case the correct play by the killer is just let the survivor bleed out.
Also if you're at a pallet they might think you've got Power Struggle.

I didn't do anything to the killer. I struggled and he downed me next to a hook. What was I suppose to do DC? Where's the logic

If a killer slugs/carries & drops you near an available hook it’s entirely to flex and bully you. It’s that player saying “yeah I control your ability to play.” There’s no strategic reason for it whatsoever.
But fret naught. There’s an update coming that’s gonna fix that right up. Soon enough, you won’t hafta worry about being slugged again. No survivor will. :)

I am explaining a sequence of events. Perhaps that hook you refer to doesn't exist. Perhaps he did not notice it. But if he picked you up and put you down, there's only one variable left.
You struggled.
Perhaps he wanted to remind you that he was in control of getting you out of the game, and that your defiance deserved punishment.
I am not saying I agree with him, again, this is the sequence of events as you described them. If you're not drawing the same conclusion than you didn't come here looking for an actual answer.

I mean, to be fair, whats the point of struggling, if you the last survivor and there is a hook near by?
This is how I do it, If I want to give the last survivor a hatch (for any reason), I down them, picking up, and if they struggle, I hook them, if they don't, I'm going for the hatch.
It's kinda irritating, when you trying to carry a survivor to a hatch, and they keep wiggling even if they see you're passing the hooks.
So if they wiggle - hook them.
To OP:
- Killer was not sure if they can carry you safely to the hook.
- Killer was angered by you or your teammates, and decided to "punish you" like that.

What gets me is I never BM a killer cause when I did try killer I didn't like the BM so I don't do it yet I get more and more killers who are BM. I get it you're at top of the food chain so to say why be mean.

Well it's not entirely to bully or flex. When I do it it's because they are trying to stuggle and make it more difficult to end the match especially if Boil Over is in play....If a Survivor wants to make the last hook a struggle then we will wait the bleed out.

When I don't struggle they hook me next to hatch anyways. You have the mindset every killer gives hatch when in actuality from what I have seen they don't.

It happens. People can be terrible. Or not.
Just accept it as part of the reality and stop trying to find some validation to a behavior even you don't find acceptable.

If a survivor struggles and makes the killer think they can't get a hook, the killer can leave them on the ground. For any reason, the killer can leave them on the ground. There's no rules against it.

That's what I'm saying I would do the same thing tbh we both want to get out of the match asap and move on but if a survivor makes it difficult I will drop next to a hook.

Agreed. I think all OP can do is chalk it to the game right now. As I’ve commented earlier the time of slugging is drawing to an end. I used to think basekit UB was unnecessary (I can’t remember the last time a killer slugged me or the last time I slugged as killer) but I now believe it’s a good change. Situations like OP’s will become a thing of the past. Good riddance.

No one aside from OP knows, what happened in this match.
Maybe she was toxic towards killer? Maybe she had "boil over" set of perks?
Why killer would want to wait 4 min with a survivor, instead of just ending the match?
Based on information:
- Killer was angered by them or OP.
- Killer wasn't sure they can hook them.

Majority of killers that do it are just being petty. Those are the ones that hard tunnel or hook camp.
I don’t why killers do it, nothing like a good chase to have fun

You are wasting your time, thread has derailed into people trying to defend trollish and petty behaviours with outlandish reasons that escape common sense. Someone struggle on their way to the hook so they get 4 minutes in the ground as punishment, you are not going to get anything better than that.

The most i do is wait some time in case of DS but not a full bleed out.
If there are not hook close enought or surv is under a pallet for some time and can stun me also wait.
But mostly waiting for DS to go.

A bleeding survivors out awards an MMR loss for killer, so some do it to keep their MMR low.

Slugging and bleeding out a survivor that chooses to go down in a dead zone, especially if they do it repeatedly is one thing. The survivor left the killer no other option to progress their objective. I'll usually give them an opportunity to get out the area by letting them struggle free, because sometimes it's unintended, but if they return...well, we're in for four minutes of quiet time.
A killer that can hook or can estimate a pretty good probability of a hook, but still chooses to bleed out the survivor is just being an ass. Doesn't matter if the survivor struggles or not.
