Forced hook trade is too strong

The obvious reason camping can't be realistically addressed is because any reason not to be in the proximity of a hooked survivor would inevitably be abused by survivors during a legitimate chase. Also, want killers to stop camping? Stop making it impossible to win without it. 3-4 gens left and you're on your second hook with 2 survivors running around like chickens? Damn straight im sitting right on your ass til the claws come to take you to your new home.
