If a legendary skin's only way into the game is by being time limited, would you be ok with it?
I'm well aware that time-limited/exclusive content is frowned upon by a good portion of the community, however what if it's the only way which we would ever see the presence of anything that might not have joined dbd otherwise?
Looking at other games like fall guy or fortnite, both of them have guest character skins from horror IPs that are either yet in dbd or is a different version than the ones we have in dbd altogether, however the skins featured in both of those games are time limited and maybe because they are so, they're more likely to be featured.
So i ask, if any potentially highly requested skins were able to get into dbd by only being available for a limited time, would you accept it or would it still be out of the question?

no, i want to buy something when i want to buy it. without feeling forced because it is time limited. even if it will "probably" return in future but will be time limited (for sell only for 1 month for example) again i would not buy it because i do not support fomo in any of its forms.
For example i really like Mikaela's witch skin but i'm not gonna buy it, because i don't want to support such tactics.

Same as previous user.
Legendary skins, assuming they're well-designed, will be bought. They will make money off of them. Paid time limited outfits is greedy.

No. I'd rather DBD not follow in the footsteps of Fortnite and Fall Guy's by using anti-consumer methods like FOMO.

FOMO is always bad, no matter what

I'd buy a legendary Kate skin if I felt it was worth the money. Making it limited time would just make it more unique and valuable to me. I'd want it to be cool with special effects and customization options.

Time-limited for original content should NEVER happen. But if it were the only way to get a specific license in, for example, I'd say yes. Because to me, to have it in the game is better than to not.
I hate time-limited as much as the next person, but if you stop and think about it, all licenses are time-limited in that they can be removed at any time (much like Stranger Things was).

No, not at all. I want to buy something when I want to buy it, not within a 3 week time period. Plus legendaries cost way more than regular cosmetics, so that'd be straight up greed at that point.

I have always refused to buy skins that are for a limited time. A sale like this reminds me of a Gacha addiction which can lead to spending a lot of money on something that are not guarantee to get you the item you want. I don't think it's a healthy and fair expense for a game that's not free.

Sure. If otherwise we can't have it, at least then some people could have it if they want it.

I don't like FOMO, if that's what you mean.
