I have just confused myself. If you use this pair regression starts at 175% regression instead of 75% regression had you just used Overcharge alone. Right?
Okay so does that mean the regression starts at 175% and goes to 300%? Or does it cap at 200%?

It goes up to 300%

It can achieve 275% over a long enough span until COB ends.

It starts at 175 and climbs to 300 over the first 30 seconds, then stays at 300 for another 30 seconds. After that it goes back down to 200 because CoB would end.
