Bubbas don't face camp anymore
Title.
They never do.... Every single Bubba I've faced for the last year or so has not face camped in the slightness. I'm not trying to downplay those who have been camped, but all Bubbas I've seen have been playing legitimately. Is it just me or what?

That's so odd to me because I haven't faced one in months. I'm not trying to meme or anything. Every Bubba I have met in the last year has not face camped at all.

Is the idea that a higher MMR will lead to playing against a correspondingly better advanced Bubba with no campings a frightening one?

It depends on where one lives as well as other factors
There may not be as many campers where one person lives but there might be a lot of campers where another person lives
That's just another reason why comparing Otz and Tru3 is moot...

As far as I know people still facecamp a lot with Leatherface, myself havent encountered any Leatherface lately because I barely play Survivor nowadays but reading forums, reddit and generals it makes me think its still a prominent thing with him.

I am the lowest of the low mmr at this point. I will quite literally kill myself for the last survivors hooked during end game.

They still do it but I think the majority has learned that camping results in gen rush.

If you are so low at MMR maybe you are facing players that dont even know what camping is and how strong it is.

It is more accurate to say that most bubbas dont camp. People like to think that they do, but they dont. Most of them are not out to face camp you to death.

I go by this:
Default bubba: Facecamp
Blue pretty bubba: Moonsaw bamboozler
Old lady bubba: Dangerous wildcard

I'd say it's 50/50 for me. Either they're facecamping or they're some of the fairest players I meet. :)

I haven't even seen a Bubbi Boi in ages. It's always the same killers in my area. I'm so tired of Dredge, Legion, Plague and Whiskers.

I see both at times, the face camping and the hunting bubba. While the face camping bubba is simply pretty boring, the hunting bubba is usually more dangerous, but even if you lose it feels like a real match.

I love chasing with Bubs. He's got some of the most satisfying m1s and m2s in the game. I just wish he wasn't such a pain to pip with.

I've not encountered one which face-camps for ages, and rarely a proxy camper.
To be honest, I used to fear them. Now, I realised I was wrong - the ones which don't are much scarier.

That's cause all (bad) Killers just camp and tunnel now. It's not just a Bubba way of life.

nah the bubbas i've been getting been chill af, only camped at endgame colapse because theres no option.

Maybe 5% of the Leatherfaces I've ever faced have face camped.

I still get plenty of camping bubbas.
However I will say I think I see less of them than I used to. I get more now that actually play normally.
Last night I got an Insidious camping Blight with Iri Tag, lol.

If I'm going against a LF, then I know I'm (or my teammates) are going to get face camped and possibly smacked on hook over and over. I can't remember the last time I went against a LF that didn't play that way.

I still face camp with Bubba. I mostly do it in situations where the survivors can't finish all gens before the survivor dies or forcing a survivor to die when their hook timer is almost out.

I get Bubba a fair amount and I can't remember the last time I face camped by them. They tend to be one of the coolest Killers in regards to letting you escape.

In my last 400 recorded games there have been less than 20 camping killers (of any kind & only 1 was bubba) outside of end game collapse.
That's camping anyone not just me.
While it certainly happens i've never seen it be nearly as bad as people say.
Maybe I just get really lucky!
Did have a bubba hacker insta saw & hook everyone within 10 seconds of the game starting though, got them twice in 4 games.

I had one about 2 days ago but generally it isn't that common, thankfully. So boring too, it was very original and funny the first 1000 times but now it feels like they are just wasting my time as we cant have a normal match against this playstyle

I had few months that bubbas didn't facecamp and started to miss them but now they're back so it's just you now. But I say there is still lot higher chance to huntress facecamping you because bubbas usually go for chase and play fair.

Some Bubbas still do but we get Wraiths that do it more so.
