Can't wait
Can't wait until bots are finally here next month. I'm so tired of people and the many many ways survivors/killers make the game straight up unenjoyable. I'll never play a game against real people if I don't have to after it comes.

How do you know that they're not bots already?
Skynet is here.

weird but okay

What's the point of playing a multiplayer game if you're not going to play against multiple players?
Why keep playing a game if you're unhappy with it and not just go find a more fun game?
Wouldn't playing against the bots get boring, eventually? A.I. can only do so much (and this is BHVR- look at Tentacle Daddy's Zombies for an example) and you'll eventually hit a point where you'll easily beat them and get bored.

You’re not going to get any game rewards against bots, either. No blood points, achievements, event progress, etc.

Single player DBD...wow, that is...boring. Bots will always behave in a predictable manner.

I have some very enthusiastic kiddos who will love the bot games before they dive into online play! 😍

Id rather get bored then be annoyed at how real people play
If I have the option to play bots during the day and live matches at night then that's the best option.

bots already live on PTB btw, if you wanna check out create a custom game there

How people prefer to have fun in their game is entirely up to them. For you it may get boring going up against bots, but personally I find it boring getting constantly teabagged, getting called names, people telling me that I should end my existence, and my teammates disconnecting upon being the first down.
Simply put, having a toxic free environment is music to my ears.

The games I played against the bots were insanely easy, mind-numbingly easy. They honestly seemed worse than a brand new player most of the time. It works for the goal of training, but I don't see anyone playing against bots exclusively and not getting bored after one or two matches.
Not saying there isn't going to be anyone who does enjoy it, and if you do more power to you. I just hope they get better down the line.

Just give it a few months to train the machine learning algorithms. In no time the bots will be slaying it in perfect manners.
You guys remember the Spirit Terminator killer hack from a few month/half a year ago?

It certainly feels like that, most killers plays the same way this days: hook>camp>tunnel>repeat. Probably 90% of them are bots programmed to tunnel and camp in first hook 😂

Asked what? You said "wait who"

Nothing. Just wanted an excuse to say that to someone.

Something I'll be glad so if I just wanna mess around with a really stupid meme build, testing out just practicing how to play certain killers or techs.
Just need to remember there's no progress of any sort when playing vs bots.

Which I'm more than okay with . I didn't expect them to cause no other game really has that either when going against bots vs live players .
I already got many achievements (that I never cared about in the first place) and so it's purely to learn new killers/builds, and play the game during the morning without having to wait 20 min for a 30k hour team lol

I am really looking forward to them too, been playing the hell out of them on the PTB as I have so many killers I own but never even tried and finally feeling free to practice them is fantastic.
That being said, while the bots are sufficient they are no match for a human opponent and it does become a bit soulless and predictable against bots. I struggle with the toxicity and petty nastiness of that minority of the community but the double edged sword is that also gives games tension and unpredictability that bots cannot.
But I totally get this OP, the bots are a fantastic addition but I will still personally prefer live games
