I clearly sacrificed 4 survivors (ez btw) so why after the match the challenge says 3/10 survivors sacrificed?

yes its a very annoying bug currently. Any sacrifices on hook will only count up until the second last survivor is killed.
So right now 4k hook = 3 progression
3k = 2 progression
2k = 1 progression ( i guess. Not sure of that one but i have experienced the other 2 examples myself.)

That happened to me twice in a row but i thought it was because the last survivors died by the end game collapse and not by hooking them :/
