Teachable locked even if reputation is over 3
Even if my killers have a higher reputation than 3 one of their teachables are always locked, like for hillbilly (rep 10) enduring is locked, for hag (rep 6) it's hex: devour hope

Guessing you mean prestige, I’m not sure how that’s possible. Would you mind posting some screenshots so we can better see what’s happening?

It seems this happened for every killer that was already 3 or higher when the prestige system changed. I just upgrade some from 2 to 3 and every perk was unlocked at tier III

Yeah that's definitely a bug. You should report that to the bug section to the forum, with these images attached.

Even though it shows locked, are they available on all other killers?

They might be able to fix it for you.
