Change of guards
The developers have not added the ability to change / select the guards at the touch of a button like a Clown changing bottles?(

This isn't something we're looking to add at the moment. The rotating guards are a core part of his power. That said, if there is one you want to appear more than others, there are add-ons you can use to make them appear twice in a row.

You can quickly cycle through them by using the unwanted ones to break stuff. Or throw one out and hit him immediately.

It just seemed like a logical option to unlock the killer's full potential and make the game more challenging with some planning ahead.

Could have been able to rotate slightly, such as Carnifex or assassin, then jailer or the one you didn't pick first and so on .....

What's the point of having different guards with different features if you can't use them at will strategically in any given moment?

His power can actively buff survivors when used improperly. Not letting the killer choose which guard to send out is just double dipping on pointless anti-intuitiveness when paired with that.

Is the guards also not being able to hit anyone and literally deciding to walk THROUGHT PALLETS over just turning to the left to hit a survivor "a core part of his power"? Cuz I've found more success with Knight literally NOT USING HIS POWER than bothering myself to slowly place a guard down just for a survivor to leave the loop at mach 5, if my guard does catch em, they're so slow that I end up running besides my guard cuz survivors can just W key them. I would much prefer to hit a survivor from 5 miles away with a hatchet or just play nurse than to ever touch knight with how bad his power is.
