Removing cooldown for leaving games

Please remove the cooldown for leaving games while the new DLC is out... There are a host of new bugs (per usual) that didn't get fixed that I've already experienced causing multiple game glitches (like being unable to wiggle free and permanently staying at 100% wiggle) and not being able to be picked up as a downed survivor.


Just a request. I don't think anyone is shocked that there are bugs in prod during a new release.
