So many high level survivors running around.

Just trying to adept the Knight but every game I get some 45+ leveled Survivor or (in my most recent one) a 93 Meg. For every person trying the new survivor I find one guy who is above level 30. This scares me.

update: found a group of cheaters who finished four gens in ten seconds. Then started to zoom around at Mach 5. Boy I love this game .-.

I've been getting prestige 100 survivors for a minute. You get used to it, whatever that entails.

they are always around. it's just that nobody normally plays his main when he's solo.

DBD is an old game. Not many new people compared to the invested player base. The new prestige just makes them more obvious.

I’ve been playing since 2017, just seemed odd that a few days ago I got 1-12’s now I’m mainly getting 20’s-50’s. My rank 1 knight isn’t really up to scratch when I’m trying to adept. Especially when you get a 4K and it doesn’t give you full devout.

Honestly I feel like it's the opposite

DBD has always been a revolving door of players.

It matters if I can tell what they are running based off of items and clothing. In my experience the flashier they are the more BMing they’ll do. So a level 60 Survivor dressed up like a circus? I know they are going to be a problem. I’m just wanting to get used to this new guy without having some Ming finish a generator with 30 seconds because of new part a d hyper focus.

Prestige level is not indicative of someone's MMR. Yes, it shows they have some experience, but it's not a number I would go by in terms of overall skill.

    Just keep that in mind.

Instructions unclear. Pig and Hillbilly will be nerfed next chapter.

My Mikaela is currently at P22. Does this mean I’m good? Heck no, I can’t loop for crap and get killed more than not. I’ve been playing for just over 5 months. All this means is once I had all survivors to P1, I just started putting all my BPs into Mikaela. And I do take out some other survivors, so if I’m playing my P1 Yun Jin, the killer doesn’t even see I have a P22 Mikaela. They are just numbers that don’t tell a full story.

Caveat: if someone's got a prestige level on a single character higher than all my character prestige levels total (and with some multipliers added), I do have to wonder if we've been paired because of time windows, or if they just learn very slowly.

That really doesn't matter though I've seen survivors be the most boosted players dressing flashy, alot of the times those are the ones that DC when they get downed quick from my experience

Prestige just shows how much a player loves a single character. As all survivors are essentially just skins and all play the same, its pretty common for a survivor main to just focus on one single character and dump all their BP into them. It just shows somewhat dedication, and as a sorta byproduct a little bit of skill, because if you invest 500h into just playing one character, you are bound to get at least a little bit skilled, but besides that its just an e-peen number that will never go down, only go up in a linear manner. This fact alone just shows that prestige is no indication for skill.

On the other side, high prestige killers are somewhat rare. They are showing up more and more, but with killers you got the fact that everyone plays different, so its not uncommen that a player would want to have all killers at P3 or even P6 for their outfits. I have done so for all of my killers, a couple are P6, some legecy P10, my main is P13 right now, but everyone is at least P3. Still, P13 doesn't look as impressive as P45+ on a survivor, but it actually is. My combined killer Prestige levels are an mindboggling 195, but not a single one has left their teen levels, so to speak ^_-

I had the same thing happen to me. I did thankfully get it and met the coolest Ash player ever.

Don't pay attention to Prestige. In fact I've seen more P1 players being particularly good than P100s.

It just says how many BP u spent on that character, and those P1/5/8 are probably leveling up many characters 🤣

i mean given that survivors have no diffrent game mechanics, they are just diffrent individual characters, it makes sense that people would level up their main and just p1 the others for the perks. (is what i do at least on survivors, i have like 6 of em i play, or attempt to at least.) Between switching from killer to survivor back and forth, with 30 killers of which i play 24 of em there is not much free bloodpoints to have leveld up all the various survivors too when they are basicly just skins. And i bet some or most people only play 1 survivor really regularly. So them being lvl+44 or something isnt that special. If you see a level 44 killer though, you probably got stomped in the match XD

PS: I'd love to add adam to my "survivors i actually play with"-List because with the cool hat he got during the halloween event and his darker coat he looks like some cosa nostra guy, which is really cool XD but it would be too much busting him up to be also as viable with all perks aviable and a big load of items/addons/offerings. Also i REALLY need to level myself some more bloodpoint offerings on my "mains". And the good toolboxes become rare too, i had like 20+ greens on all 6 survivors, now im down to 2-3 on each of em. Because i started to Prioritize P3 all killers and P1 all survs more.

My combined survivor prestige is 167, my highest is only prestige 11 and my current main is prestige 8.

All the high prestige tells you is that they put all their eggs in one basket meanwhile people like me are over here making sure every survivor and every killer has every perk at their disposal.
