Returning Home

Hey guys! Yesterday I was able to return home from the hospital, I can now officially say I am a master at using those crutches! They are so easy to use now, and I can get around with ease, my leg is about 75% better as of now, these two months have changed my life but for the better, it changed me as a person in general as well, and I appreciate life so much. Now that I can be with my family on Thanksgiving tomorrow really makes me happy, and not only that, but I can return to my Spirit.

My court session is in February, I already prepared my speech for the man who hit me, and this entire thing has changed my family as well, as some people in my family do drink and sometimes not think at all afterwards, which risks not only their lives but so many others, this entire thing is 100% a huge lesson for all of us, simply don't ever Drink and Drive, it's never worth it.

Do I have anger or hatred for the man who hit me? No, but instead I want to make him realize how much worse the situation could have been, and simply let him know I want him to change for the better while he is in prison. Because not only this entire thing is hard for my family, but it's hard for the Drunk Driver's family and I also feel horrible for them as well, because they also have to understand that their son/family member had caused this tragedy to happen simply because of his poor choices and actions that he caused that day, by not thinking before he got behind the wheel after he finished drinking, he could off prevented this entire thing from happening if he did the right thing. But again, there is no point in being angry or mad, just simply make him realize that he has a chance to change for the better.

My goal for these few months is to simply return to being with my family as much as possible, eventually get back into Dead by Daylight and Spirit, and lastly settle this entire chapter in my life for once and for all, and simply move on and be happy.
