Knight don't move issue

On PS4, I can't move Knight, the cursor of circle that displayed on lobby is move by Left Stick, Right Stick is no response.
I got this issue 3 times,
My build is,
- Nowhere to Hide
- Hex: Face the Darkness
- Hubris
- Call To Arms (Add-ons)
- Map of the Realm (Add-ons)
Map is Eyrie of Crows and Lampkin Lane, and more.
I want Adept Trophy, are there any workaround ?
