Is there a reason we haven't seen any more Cenobite skins?

Or RE skins, come to think of it. I've been waiting for a Butterball skin for Pinhead for ages, but despite the introduction of Chatterer making it seem like they're doing legendaries for the 4 original Cenobites, we haven't gotten a single skin for Pinhead, let alone legendary. And RE is one of the biggest cash cows DBD has, but the only skins we've gotten since release are the sweaters and Blighted Nemesis. No Mr. X, or Ada Wong, or Wesker, or any legendaries that would sell like crazy. Have license relations with these two parties broken down like with Freddy or something?

And there should be no reason that the Hellraiser NFTs should affect whether they add cosmetics to Pinhead. As they stated before, BHVR were hardly involved with the NFTs, they just had to give their models over to them as the license holders technically own the models. I highly doubt the BHVR team have given up on adding any more content to their favourite license because of the justified NFT backlash, but what's the issue?
