borrowed time is bugged

so i was in a game with some friends and i got saved while in the killer terror radius. my friend who saved me had borrowed time. he got downed while saving me so i wanted to take a hit in order to get the speed boost. the killer hit me and i got downed. i think borrowed time is bugged. please take a look at it devs. thanks :)

    You will want to post this in the "bug report" section and they will also want as much (detailed) information as possible be it video, pictures or great detail such as what map, killer,player interaction at the time, etc. @RedTail
