Bots use perks?

As the title says, do bots in custom games use perks?
Or how do you actually activate them, i had a few game with bots (mainly testing new killers) and i have noticed that at the end game screen they don't have any perks equipped. Is there a way to activate the use of perks? Or is not currently working?

Bots don’t have perks right now. There are plans to implement this functionality in the future, although not all perks will be available to bots.
