How long does a ban for exploiting bugs takes???

I've found a couple of glitch abusing players recently,

it's that bug that i don't want to enter in many details, but it lets you grab survivors from far far away...

The problem is...

I've also reported a friend of mine, just to make a funny moment on a discord call (since he was also abusing this bug while sharing his screen.) but im afraid he might get perma banned, and we won't be able to play again.

so i wanted to know, will they get perma-ban or time banned for bug exploits?

As far as I know the only offenses that can lead to an immediate permaban as far as the rules are concerned is straight up cheating or the most unhinged flavor of communication abuse (threatening people with stuff like death threats, dox threats and so on)

I honestly haven't seen much of BHVR banning for abusing bugs in the game. With the killswitch, serious things should be getting killswitch so people can't abuse them.

The only time I remember where bvhr explicitly stated they would ban for bug abusing was Infinite Mending Legion bug.

I think some streamers have been banned for abusing bugs long time ago and theirs werent permanent so my guess is they dont issue permabans for exploiting bugs unless its a repeated ofender.

I dont think this ban is even that worth banning. Knight is trash tier, and with this he's actually decent. it doesn't even let u attack survivors, only hook them lmao
