Middle perk does seem like the diversion
But it doesn't change the fact that there are 5 pages, meaning that there are at least 2 new perks.
This is from new chapter most probably, we have 3 new perks with the new survivor.

I don’t have all the perks yet and don’t reall go into kyf that much so I don’t know what the perk order islegionnbuff said:No ,because if they were on the new page the order of the perks should be odd. Now deliverance is the last perk on the first page. Same is in the photo1 -

Well...I hope the new perks will be more useful for both sides. But nice catch one, I didn't see that there is now 5 pages of perks.

That perk is DEFINITELY not Diversion. Open yalls perk list and look at it, it's very different. Looks like one of the new perks to me.

I see the marks on the palm and on the finger

Its Diversion yall. The thumb is hidden by the black border and you can see the pebble/marks around the pebble
The finger in the screenshot is way too skinny to be the same finger in diversion. Plus the wrinkles do not line up the same for both perks. Also, if you notice to the left of the hand in the screenshot, the line is vertical meanwhile the left of the hand in diversion is slanted. But then again, I could be really overthinking this whole situation.
