I'd say that, even now, maybe 20-30% of my survivor games are against this guy.
Not sure why.
Is it because he's decently strong and also iconic? Is it because he's a really well designed killer (the first licensed killer in memory that wasn't janky, weak or janky and weak)?
Or am I just (un)lucky in terms of who I'm facing?

I’ve had a lot of wesker lately as well. He’s a strong killer for sure.

I don't have too many problems with him, compared to Nurse, PH, Oni and the other heavy hitters. I actually wouldn't mind facing him if it wasn't every game, but wow is it getting tedious.

I enjoy going against him. But as you said, just gets old when it’s constant. I had him 4 games in a row last night before getting a break.

I've never played as him so I can't say much about that but he talks trash throughout the match. That might be part of the reason.

Hes strong but his abilities aren't problematic and boring to face (Knight). But because of how strong and fair he is to a point, he gets a lot of play. Sometimes too much play but still

I face him constantly, every 2 games there is a Wesker and it is torture considering how those horrible hitboxes work

That's the thing. He's actually sort of fun to face.

I'd take 50 games against Wesker before I took 1 game against half the other killers on the roster

People play him because hes wesker. That and because his power is fun to use. If you ask me, i dont mind going against him.

I was seeing him constantly, but went a few days without seeing even one, before last night. Seems like with some killers I'm either getting them all the time, or not at all.

He's strong, he's fun, he talks and he's from a very popular IP.
He also yeets Survivors which is fun

It’s because most killers are bad and he’s actually decent. Pretty simple.

That's because Nemesis has glaring issues gameplay wise that hinder him so hard that Wesker doesn't have. I could talk all about the design aspects
