Suicides and DCs
These are getting out of hand. They are actively causing us to fail or get reduced points or whatever. Is there gonna be any changes with this

I really don't get the point of these posts when half the people are going to come in here defending them. I agree with you by the way but these players that have mostly played dbd for their multiplayer experience just can't grasp not being able to get out of a game whenever they want even if it makes that game pointless.

I think its happening because there is no counter to tunneling, the first survivor going down already knows that he will be tunneled out, so he just gives up. As long as camping and tunneling are the best and most effective way to play the game, survivors will DC too often

For some reason dc penalties are reduced right now, i've seen random twitch streamers dc from matches and only have a 1 minute penalty instead of 5. I wonder what's going on with that.

The fix is: balance the game correctly

While this would help, even if the game was much more balanced there are many players who would still DC/suicide the moment the match isn't going their way.

They could try to balance the game.
Try ANYTHING. So far they've tried NOTHING.
Meanwhile nearly 50% of the playerbase has stopped playing in the last.. what? 6 months? Or less?
It won't improve until the game improves, and it shouldn't.

I say if you want an easy game where your always winner. Go play Big Rigs. Or perhaps a game like Hello Kitty Island Adventure where the worst thing you might have to worry about is your strawberries freezing or something.
Some games you win, some you lose. Just play it out.
