This game is infested with hackers
It doesn't matter matter how many you report, they come back triple fold. You send evidence to the support team, they don't care they'll use another account.
Why is this game not fully server-sided?

I had a leon a while back that had extremely high fov
Man missed stretched res so much he hacked it in

Stretched only increased vertical FOV not horizontal.

Why would spectating someone give you their FoV, are you sure it's not just a spectator bug?

He was the only one in the match with that fov when i was spectating

I think BHVR has actually done good job with hackers now. There was lot of them last fall but I haven't seen any in months.

was matched with an obvious run speed hacker today but it is getting better

The most annoying thing right now is auto dead hard

Being "fully server-sided" doesn't stop hacking, games like Dota and League still have plenty of it. As long as your game can accept input hacks will exist, they'll just be more subtle.
For example wallhacks will probably always be a thing for a game like Dead by Daylight, even if you try to hide the location of survivors from the client until the information is necessary, just because it won't be feasible to write an algorithm to hide them when behind walls in a chase (and besides, their location data is provided by their sound emitters.)
Bhvr don't seem to have amazing developer resources to me (this isn't saying that the people are bad or anything, but possibly limited by a small team working on a hastily-thrown together game) and pulling off this stuff ideally is super difficult. They're working on it, anyways.

They did pretty well a few months back, hackers were pretty much non-existant until recently where they're coming back. They don't seem to be able to hold games hostage anymore, but they can still up their movement speed and gen speeds.

I haven't encountered a hacker for a while, unless they've become more subtle in their approach.
