Was it intentional to make scratch marks significantly difficult to follow on Ormond?

I could understand the white film screen making them so faded in appearance to be an accident. Though it should have been immediately obvious on playtesting and yet still made it into the map. But in addition to that, there are a lot of things around the map that seem to be intentionally made to look like scratch marks for the sake of throwing off killers. There's red netting. red bricks laid out in random scratch mark like patterns, and reddish boards that do the same. It seems like the map designer was intentionally making a map to make following scratch marks ridiculously difficult.

No clue, I think they just didn't care (lazy) to change the scratch marks on that map.

On top of that, the tiles are so confusing and don't have really room for mindgames.
Huntress on that map? Terrible, to much ######### on that map blocking LoS

From the looking it's a nice map, something different. But for playing it's absurdly bad, it's on my top 3 most hated maps

    Also fps drops like crazy.

It's a nightmare trying to track on this map.

By the way are scratch marks still bugged? I swear they spray of in all sorts of directions that the survivor isn't even going, Might just be me tho.

I fcking hate that map and was lucky enough to get stuck on it several times yesterday while playing killer. Scratchmarks are nigh impossible to follow. Incredibly irritating.

It was a nightmare during their annoying let's make this map every other game initial phase of screwing over the killers. When they finally took it down cause it was bugged, I thought it would come back with properly functioning scratch marks. Boy, was I wrong

Another testimony to the lack of devil's advocate process. They should be trying to poke holes in their own design and identify short falls and exploits in their work. BHVR has one of the best idea teams and the worst quality control team.
