Why does the postgame archive/rift info BLOCK ACCESS TO THE CHAT?

Seriously, it's been how long and it still blocks the ability to type a quick gg, and you can't close it? FFS, I don't need to see archive challenge progress after every game, nor rift progress. Can't we cut it out already?

Like, is there any conceivable reason for it to work this way?

    they could even just move it up a little bit just to let you access the chat

    If you hover your mouse pointer on it for a second then move it away, it goes away quicker! I reckon that might be a bit more difficult to do with a controller.
