It's almost like a tradition at this point
2021 Trickster, March chapter, first of the year chapter = Weak killer, most of community calling him the worst killer in the game, then he gets after few weeks buffs, but still nothing great of a killer.
2022 Sadako, March chapter, first of the year chapter = Weak killer, most of community calling her top weakest killer in the game, but she didn't get any buffs.
2023 Skull Merchant, march chapter, first of the year chapter = weak killer, most of community don't like her, will probably get buffs in future after realese as well.
I know it's probably not on purpose but I just find it funny.

The realization that Trickster is only a few weeks away from being two years old is hitting me like a truck.
I think plenty of chapters in the past 2 years have been kind of divisive. Pinhead for one, the map that came with The Artist, and Binding of Kin was also a bit of a flop. Elodie was great and so was reworked Ormond, but we all know how the Twins were. (and still are!)

Trickster to this day is still probably the worst designed killer with the worst chapter that was ever released in the game. I thought Artist would be an obvious second place, but now with Knight and the upcoming SM she falls probably to the 4th place...

Can’t really see how knight is worse than trickster. Don’t get me wrong they are both pretty bad additions but at least knight looks cool and brought a somewhat unique power

It'd be like saying Myers is one of the strongest Killers because he could just use Tombstone Piece + J. Myers every game.

Being caught out in the open by Trickster? Not fun, very map dependent. Otherwise, he's just annoying and the game is over quickly.
Being stuck in a hour long game versus Knight because he simply will not leave his 3-gen? The true meaning of torture.
Although, Trickster is just a poor man's DIO

To be fair the 3 gen issue is just as much the fault of perks like CoB and overcharge as it is knights power. The gen kick meta is a problem in general not to knight specifically
For where knight can camp a 3 gen trickster can easily camp a hook

But the problem is that the community wants the game to be slowdown based, so its part of the game.
Just remember the meltdown that eruption nerf causing and caused.

Knight's almost the only one who can FORCE lock a three-gen. His Guards kick you off of gens and do 5%

That’s true but luckily the guards don’t activate gen kick perks but them blocking the gen for up to 6 seconds is too much. It should be base regression and always 2 seconds imo
Also doctor actually used to be able to lock a 3 gen with a sniper build but thankfully that was removed

Forgor about legion, but at least they've been reworked. On release and for quite a while you're right, they were truly horrendous. I guess my list is more like "current state killers", because Trickster received tweaks too
Probably it's because I only play survivor in a swf, but twins isn't that much of a problem to go against. Besides, I haven't seen one in months (and we had 2 hags in a day lel)
