So there's a hot topic on what the blood spatter means when a player disconnect, most people seemingly believing blood spatter on a Disconnect Icon means a player hit "Leave Match" in the menu and no blood spatter on the disconnect icon meaning they were disconnected due to a poor internet connection, or other technical issue. Mish, a Twitch Partner/TikTokker posted a video proving that blood spatter over a disconnect is indication of a loss of health state https://www.tiktok.com/@probablymish/video/7193959984265186606

    So far as I've ever seen it's based on players being injured. Healthy is no blood, injured/downed/hooked is blood.
