Your anonymous mode for Xbox doesn't work. I've tried toggling it on and off , reset console etc but I'm still getting hate messages

  The anonymous mode is only available on PC.

  Not on consoles.

  Anonymous Mode is not active on Consoles - neither Xbox or Playstation or Switch, as we are not able to override the platform systems.
