How do you prevent a depip on afk?
When a killer is afk and interacts not at all, how do you pip or at least not depip. I soloed one gen, teamed up on another, did two totems, searched a chest and escaped with a new item. What more can you do to prevent a depip when there is no interaction possible with the killer?

I've never seen afk killers in past 2 years, but for Iri "lightbringer" you need two full gens and two totems worth. So do separate gen, especially if you can communicate with other survivors, so you all could "99" all seven gens. Opening exit gate also goes into "lightbringer points". Also stay in terror radius for a time. Two Iri emblems should be enough.
More concerning is how not to depip on constant camping and tunneling.

If the killer has a terror radius you can hang out by it to gain some bold points. If possible cleanse a totem, open a chest or do a gen in the radius as well. Find a toolbox and sabotage all hooks inside the terror radius. Find a flashlight and blind the killer until no charges.
If you are running Any Means Necessary just drop pallets and reset.
Miss skillchecks as much as possible whilst repairing until you can't get more objective points

This is a good way to max out on points but none of them mean anything in terms of emblems/pips.
To op - I'm pretty sure you can never pip or safety in iri ranks against an afk killer. You'll always depip.

If killer isn't facing a wall you can run in front of them to start a chase and then away to escape chase over and over, this will help with evader points. If you have a friend with you alternate who runs in front and get "distraction" points which goes to altruism. As long as randoms don't just rush gens and immediately leave should have enough time to get enough to atleast safety pip.

It used to be like that, but they've changed the chase mechanics a while ago. Now both the survivor and killer has to be moving to begin a chase.

I mean, in general, AFK-players should not gain any XPs during that match. If you are not moving or giving any inputs, then you should not receive anything. This would not prevent people from botting or moving around invisible as Wraith to gain XPs, but at least it would not be possible to farm XPs while being AFK.
Furthermore, Depipping should just be removed. When Grades show how much you play, there is not really a point in losing Pips.

I have gotten tons of bold points by fast entering and leaving lockers right next to the afk killer

A chase doesn't start if the killer is not moving.
I have never done the math at iri. So, I don't know if it's actually possible.
Benevolent is a lost cause.
Unbroken takes care of itself.
For Evader, if they have a TR, stay within 5m of the killer for 2m and a half.
Lightbringer is a little convoluted because it awards points also when others repair gens. Try to do a couple of gens solo and totems/gates. You can miss skill checks to get more repair recognition.

So if it's a Wraith for instance everyone is de-pipping. That's cray

The best way to avoid a depip is to maximize point gain for the lightbringer emblem, and the best way to do that is to cooperatively do gens and intentionally miss skill checks. If you solo a gen you get 100 points regardless of how many skill checks you miss. If you coop a gen, you each get 50 points, but you can both get an additional 5 points for every missed skill check (10% progress lost means 5% more potential progress for each survivor. also, if you 99 all the gens you can get extra points. it's not ideal, very hard to communicate in solo queue, and probably should be changed, but for now it's your best shot.
If the killer has a terror radius, you can sit next to them for a little while and get some Evader pips as well, but unfortunately it doesn't work if the killer is undetectable. honestly BHVR should change that so it's just "time spent near killer" instead of specifically within their terror radius.

You must be lucky. I experience at least one a day.
