Not getting "Meet Your Maker" Charms?

Hi guys!

I've been playing some survivor matches during this new event about MYM, and I got the first reward charm with simply 1 attempt. But after that, each time I escape the trial after picking the Gen-Mat, I don't get any reward. Even being aware that there are currently 3 charms to unlock.

Did I understand something wrong about this event? Or I am having some kind of issue that prevents me of unlocking charms?
