Not a rant genuinely looking for help

As a killer, I am really struggling to keep up with gens. Tunnelling, not tunnelling, gen slowdown doesnt seem to matter much.
I am genuinely looking for advice from more skilled players, how the heck are you people getting 4ks?
LITERALLY my first down, 2 gens are done and a 3rd nearly finished. By the time I get the down and start applying pressure by the 2nd person needing to come unhook and heal, the other 2 finish the other 2 gens.
I feel like I am getting worse at the game as time goes on. I have 2.8k hours, 100% challenges and achievements so I am not a noob, but I feel myself getting worse. A 1k is what I am averaging lately unless I play a A+ killer.
I have all perks unlocked so I can do any build.
My daily was bubba today, it took me 7 games to finish it.

Sounds like you need Corrupt Intervention. Not the best on Bubba though because it deactivates as soon as you get a down. Other Killers can get benefit before it is removed, like Plague can infect, Ghostie and Mikey can stalk, Trapper can trap, Legion can deep wound etc.
Deadlock is better on Bubba IMO. Once a gen is locked down Survivors are sure to scatter.

From the sounds of it, you might want to retool your builds to focus on early pressure? Something like Corrupt Intervention or my personal favourite, Lethal Pursuer, to get you on survivors at the start of the match quickly and prevent the furthest generators from being instantly powered through while you're in the locating-and-chasing period of the game.
It's hard to say without more specifics, but my general advice is normally to make sure your builds have a purpose instead of being four separate perks doing things without synergy, and make sure you're playing to your killer's strengths with your perk choice and such.

One bit of early game knowledge you can utilize, with or without lethal, is that survivors don't spawn into a match within a 3 tile radius of you. Combine that with some map knowledge and you can find folks fairly quick at the start.
A killer build video I like has as its recommendation Deadlock, Nowhere to Hide, Call of Brine and Eruption
While the vid was made pre-Eruption nerf, the idea behind its use remains valid: it does for Bubba's chainsaw what Jolt does for M1s: turns any down into regression. With CoB and NtH in the mix, you should get your money's worth from any gen kicking you do.

Thats the thing I know its hard to say without watching me play.
I just have gone from 3-4k to lately I struggle with a 1k.
Thanks, I might start to change my builds and do what you both said.
I feel I might actually need a break from the game I cant keep up anymore sadly.

It sounds like you're having trouble finding people at the start and maybe not being efficient with chase pathing.
Do you know how survivor spawns work? If not, seek out some videos that go over it. Corrupt Intervention is good on every killer. Lethal Pursuer is also good, but it's best used on a killer with mobility in combination with BBQ (Pinhead is a niche exception because those perks help infer the box location).
For chases, a VOD really helps to give more pointed advice. Make sure you have the basics down in terms of pathing. Don't just assume you know how to run every tile. It's always good to jog your memory or seek out some tips. And as obvious as it may sound, optimize your power usage and adapt to your opponents. I can't tell you how many Huntresses I run for 2 or 3 gens because they wind up at every pallet like a bot that can't deviate from their programming when they could easily M1 me if they held W.
Also: play survivor. Understand what survivors are watching for in a chase. This will make you a better killer. The best killers are often great survivors.

We'd like to see what your doing if you want more detailed stuff but at the moment we'd agree with the above and say go early pressure. Lethal if you're not having trouble getting downs as it adds a bonus synergizing with other aura perks or Corrupt if you need time finding survivors or want to spread early game pain.

I will play a clown match and upload it.

Here's that killer build video if you're interested. Builds follow general pattern with a bit of variation in picking a perk that complements a killers power
Here's the video I learned that 3 tile rule from

Don´t know if you are super high MMR. My build might not work there.
But my go to build for Doctor is Distressing (increase TR), Lethal Pursuer, All Ears (or Call of Brine), Deadlock and one fake Pallet Addon and one Show Auras when they Scream of Madness.
You can use Static Blast and you will almost constantly see the survs. Works pretty well.

You likely reached the high MMR where survivors are very effective at everything, be it chase or generator repair. Boons are used over and over, survivors bring medkits and toolboxes, everyone runs DH and does execute it almost perfectly and chases last more than a minute because survivors are good at hugging textures and mindgames.
There are few options here - optimize build for early game or go for late game. Dead lock is pretty much a must as it's the only reliable slowdown left for you ( hexes usually get destroyed very quickly, other perks are not helping because they require downing or hooking ) as well as map and addons that you get.
You probably will get trapped in the 50% win-rate vortex for a while where you will get strong survivors and have few matches with 0 - 1ks and then significantly weaker survivors who won't last 20 seconds in chase with 2+ ks. The only solution here is take a break and let your MMR decay a bit.

Fun Doctor Fact: Static Blast can hit Oblivious survivors.
He's also a good choice if tracking is an issue, since it's hard to hide from him.

I think you're right. I go on streaks of 4ks, then nothing changes and I struggle to get a 1k.
Its super rare for me not to see 3+ dhs, full items.
The economy is screwed up too. Brown medkits are way more valuable than what killers get, and far more common.

As others have said, Lethal Pursuer is good at the start. You want to look for a group of survivors who all run to the same gen and head there -- pushing 2-3 survivors off of a gen at the same time is efficient. If you can hit one pretty quickly, head back to the gen because the odds are someone else jumped back on it. If you hit them, too, now you're keeping multiple people busy at the same time.
Discordance can also help with this. You should almost always prioritize gens with multiple survivors on it for the above reason. Pushing 2 survivors off of a gen in one trip is better than pushing one survivor off in one trip.
Slowdown doesn't have to be gen regression. Every second you keep a survivor from being on a generator is just as good as a second of regressing a generator. As an example, consider running A Nurse's Calling with Sloppy Butcher. Not only do heals take longer, if you can catch someone healing and interrupt them, the mangled effect from Sloppy will waste all the time they put into that heal, even if you don't ultimately down them. That's time they have to spend healing again, which is time spent not doing gens.

People are really going to hate me for saying it but at this point in the games meta, the game is no longer about the chase. It is about finding and defending gens efficiently and waiting for survivors to make a mistake. I would recommend finding a way to work call of brine and eruption into your builds, and maybe consider warden or no way out. At this point in the games life, getting gen rushed is just going to happen, so you have to evolve your builds to adapt. Your going to get hate mail for it. Your going to get entitled survivors that are offended by the mere fact of you trying to win a game, but ultimately if you want kills, your going to have to commit to chase, and committing to chase will lose you the game in a lot of ways if you cant end that chase IMMEDIETLY.
Now for my real suggestion, a 2k may not be a "win" But right now its the best most of us are gonna get, so try to take some pride in whatever you get and don't the t-bagging get to you <3

If you're having 4k streaks then the game is designed to give you more challenging survivors as you progress, so I think it's perfectly normal to have those games where you struggle. When I'm having a good run I know it's inevitable that the game is gonna throw me a challenge.

What server you play in?

this video is still one of the best to help new killers out
Most important tip and one you hear surprisingly little is slugging for pressure.
It's very rare that instantly chasing a nearby survivor you know is there after a down is not worth it. Especially at the start
Don't overvallue hooks too. Not all of them are equal if you have 4 hooks with 1 survivors on deadhook with 1 gen remaining and you find and down the survivor you haven't hooked yet, don't bother hooking them.
That's 15~ seconds you are giving for very little to the remaining survivors. With 2 minutes untill they die the survivors are not really pressured to save them instantly and can just focus on finishing the last gen and then resque
Leave them and find the other survivors. Somebody still needs to leave to pick that downed survivor up. As far as pressure goes a slug is almost always as good as a hook

I feel this is a very good lesson for Killer players. Gen pressure is anything that keeps Survivors off gens. When I play Demogorgon I use the addons that make dealing portals take longer and put one or two in plain view. When I play Pig I ignore head-trapped survivors except possibly to keep them injured because at that moment they're the ones I least have to worry about. Likewise if I'm Twins and someone tries to hang on to Victor; be my guest, I can recall him whenever and I'm the meantime they can't do gens. Survivors realizing I'm on stack 3 is Devour Hope will send them hunting for totems and keeping them off gens.
That's why pre-basekit BT, while I avoided tunneling off hook because I hate when that's done to me, I'm not above slugging off hook if the opportunity arises, or giving them a smack to force the mend. That delays their reentry in the game by ever so much.

I think it depends on the killer your playing and tailoring the killer you play and your perks to your playstyle. A lot of people will run 3 or 4 slowdowns but personally struggle a lot more when I run builds like that and not to mention find them dull to play. If you're struggling in chase more slowdowns arn't going to make you better in chase. I find myself running brutal strength, bamboozle, and STBFL a lot because I play a lot of m1 killers and often need the help in chase and once I get a few quick downs that momentum usually helps me more than any regression perk does most of the time. When I do want slowdown I'll use Brine a lot sure but honestly Plaything/Pentimento is my favorite slowdown combination because it wastes so much time and gives you time to breath while they look for totems.
Ultimately it's up to you to find the answer for yourself. The best advice I can give is just experiment a bunch with different killers and perks and really think about what your playstyle is and what is the most fun for you when you play killer because you're much more likely to succeed if you enjoy what the gameplay loop you're engaging in. If you want more help you can give a rough idea of what your playstyle is and I can give suggestions off that.

This. Using the most meta build in the game doesn't mean jack if it clashes with your playstyle or otherwise can't make good use of it. For myself I've gotten value from STBFL but don't really like managing the attacks too much for M1 Killers. Alternatively, look at any OhTofu video where he tries to highlight a gen kicking perk. He loves chases and doesn't typically kick gens, so he tends to forget to use those kick perks.
My own niche where I have fun is unconventional stealth builds. I've had decent success in matches where I'm mostly loaded with stealth perks and addons more than any slowdown besides maybe Deadlock, my own slowdown of choice. Few things put the pressure on like wondering if Wesker, of all people, is about to sneak up on you.

I've had these matches lately too a lot and after the HUD update i feel the game shifted to harder stage.
I play spirit so i have speed on my side. ( No idont play with the naughtiest addons all the time ) , but i had a match few days ago where i went against a team so good i got 1 hook. I chased Ace first who seemed to know every loop to a perfection. While i chased him for a bit i knew it was time to leave him, and i found a Rebecca.
Yet again perfect run for her but i got a hit in and zoom 2 gens were lost. I chased her for a while and lost 3rd gen. At this point i was broken. I knew i lost the match but i still tried. I got one of them hooked and all gens were done. The match didnt last more than 5-6 minutes.
Survivors if they are effective well..Its GG in my books at that point. This game is survivor sided when you are good survivor.
One thing ive noticed is that people hate being injured. So i abuse that fact. I bring slobby butcher to make things slower and complicated. I sometimes use Scourge hook, gift of pain too to make things slow. If you see medkits you could bring franklins. Sometimes attacking their healing hurts more than gens, but like i said earlier, good survivors will be good even while injured. They will not hide and self care in a corner they will be sitting on gens.
My build usually is Nowhere to hide, Call of brine, Slobby Butcher and scourge hook, gift of pain, or lethal.
