They're nerfing both the engraving addons, if anything that means that this whole change is a massive nerf to Hillbilly. The engraving addons are by far Hillbillys most important and fun addons and instead of just changing overheat they had to bring down the nerf hammer on them for no reason.

I agree with that, it's weird they're changing them for no reason considering nobody complained about them. And hillbilly's add-ons are bad enough as is. We'll just have to wait and see how much they're nerfed, hopefully behaviour will listen for once and revert the plans to nerf them. At least we still got Lo-pro chains.
Honestly I'm just happy they are least changed him, whether it's bad or not.

Nerfing his best addons for just to compensate his overheat buff isn't a good change imo. Billy doesnt needs any nerf.

Honestly I don't really care I'm just happy they at least acknowledged he exists, hopefully they decide to not go through with the engravings nerfs though. Hillbilly's add-ons are bad enough as is, I could take a nerf to the engravings of they were buffing the rest of hillbilly's add-ons but they aren't.
