The new Survivor Meta
Wanted to do a post and give my thoughts on the perks I will be running and guide what other survivor players should be looking to do. Looking over the perks and how this patch will end up I have found some perks that really stick out.
First Sprint burst and Off the record are the 2 premier survivor perks next patch. SB will be the clear winner for exhaustion. OTR is a very good anti-tunnel perk when paired with SB. The typical way killers counter OTR is by proxy camping, but with SB the killer can only counter the perk by now letting the survivor unhook and hit you right away to bypass your SB. If they don't do this SB gives you enough distance to avoid getting hit right away even when the killer proxy camps.
Now for the new meta perk that I'm going gg go next if you soloq survivors are not running. Empathic Connection is the new king of info perks. It shows any injured survivor your aura when they are within 96m of you and gives you a heal increase of 10% when healing others. To my understanding if everyone runs this perk all survivor auras are basically shown when the injured survivor while in chase. This perk will allow you to reset and in chase avoid bringing the killer to those on gens when the chased survivor is injured. The heal increase on top of this just a cherry on top.
The last spot is mostly the flex spot. Autodidact seems to be the best perk here if healing is a problem. That paired with EC should basically make survivors a walking boon. Think Deli, Adren, or reassurance are all amazing perks for this slot if we don't see killers heavily lean into the healing slowdown.
Overall I can't wait to get my hands on the new patch and play with the new meta.

Autodidact becoming a good perk would be an interesting shake-up. I'm also wondering if people will start using Solidarity, Resurgence, and Reactive Healing because those perks will be shaving off significant chunks of time now.

Autodidact+Solidarity would be interesting. If there is a ton of hit n run then doing healing partys wouldn't be that uncommon. If you had full stack of auto and 2 quick skill checks you could have 2 players healed in 15ish seconds.

I have had lots of fun with Autodidact in the past, but it was always smirked at because it felt so pointless, now it could truly shine.
Solidarity and Adas Reactive Healing perks could also be pretty good, IF they get a small buff: for 30s after they do their magic, the survivors health bar should be unaffected by haermorraging effects. This is what kills this perks, mostly. Yeah, you might got half or even 3/4 of your health, but dang, the killer came close and now you are running and all that health is bleeding out.

I never use Dead Hard or Circle of Healing as it is, and I usually heal up with other survivors rather than on my own. So I don't see a massive shift in my gameplay.

I think Reactive healing could be buffed to just make you immune to Hemorrhage.

On second thought, yeah you might be right. The perk already is pretty limited in scope and can't be used without someone paying the price for it.

Sprint Burst + Prove Thyself + Resilience + Adrenaline. Reject healing, return to gen-rush.

Reactive, Solidarity, Resurgence and the like all should probably bypass Hemorrhage, to be honest.

Yea it would be a good change if they made some of those niche perks that get deleted by hemorrhage status immune to that effect. Like the place you get that effect most commonly is sloppy. The main reason you are taking that perk is for mangled and hemorrhage is the cherry on top. Bit weird to me that the cherry on top just deletes already niche perks. Would make those perks interesting since survivors finding killers getting good value from hemorrhage can run one of the perks that make them status immune to that effect.

Exhaustion+Inner Healing+Overzealous+Adrenaline w/ a map and totem tracking

Empathic Connection / Desperate Measures / Distortion / Adrenaline or other Exhaustion perk - I would use this for solo queue, assuming other people bring prove thy self or other gen perks.

still the #1 build to date:
no mither
unbreakable
tenacity
soul guard

I know new CoH is gonna be way worse, but I'm gonna run it with Overzealous.
And 2 other Perks, probably still gonna be WoO and Kindred like I currently have.

the fact that there's an acronym "WoO" for a perk is hilarious.

Enjoying my "######### around" Appraisal/Ace in the Hole build while I still can without compromising the team !
We'll Make It already barely ever leaves my builds, same as Aftercare, so those are probably staying.
I'm not usually playing with exhaustion perks anymore so that leaves 2 spots, I'm thinking maybe Inner Healing + Overzealous for a guaranteed short heal + gen speed.
I'd love to go back to messing with Bite the Bullet, since now that heals will take forever, they might as well be stealthy.
Guess we'll see !
