A different way to nerf Pain Res

I thought of a different way to nerf pain res kind of like a reverse dying light. Your first hook will be 30% regression on the most progressed gen. Next 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%. Then it’ll go to 9%, 8%, 7%, 6%, 5%, 4%, and 3%. Guaranteeing help early on and less later on. For killer this nerf would feel way better than the proposed one only getting 4 uses.

Not a bad idea actually. I wouldn't go any lower than 10% though. 25, 20, 15, and 10 for every regression after would be solid.

25 for each survivors first hook then drop to 10 for each hook after. That gives some extra incentive for spreading hooks.
