Hint, it was in previous decade. Both games align in most aspects, excluding artstyle & genre as attacker.

P.S. if no one disclose which it game was & if even developers don't know, i'm shall answer which game it is. Just little incentive to not ignore, who disclose first - gets 2 Gamma Cases (equal close to 4$) at Steam from me. The purpose of topic is just mine weird strive to understand, useless data.
