How often do you see killer with a constant red ping symbol?

I play on EU Server - Frankfurt Germany and i wonder if other regions also have high ping killer.

For me its 20% of my games, that killer have a constant red ping symbol showing. Additional 5% have sometimes the ping symbol showing.

If you have packed loss, you see the packed loss symbol only for yourself. Everyone else gets the high ping symbol for you. So its possible, that some of the killer dont have high ping but just packed loss.

    UK server here. It's pretty rare in my experience, but has happened. As a percentage, maybe 4% of my games? 1 in 25?

    depends a lot on the time of day. After 23:00h, it's usually more red pings. Though I don't see them before that time.

    On UK server but rarely have any issues save for the odd match here or there

    I'd say it's another side effect of MMR and happens more at prime time (like 9pm-12pm) when there are not as much players avaible to match with your MMR. So the game matches you either with different MMR players and/or puts you on a server which is more far away from your location, so you have a bad ping. It's still your choice if you hit ready or not. I wouldn't recommend hitting ready when you or the other side has a red ping. Just search for another match or switch sides.

    It is way more than before, that I can tell. I think it got worse when Knight or Dull Merchant released. A lot more lag too, while my connection is fine when I check that.
