    This can't actually work because Survivors run away from Killers and generally don't look at them unless they're watching out for them so the power would take forever to build up.

    Unless your killer (SCP-096) can make people look at him his power is pretty useless

    I think you guys underestimate how much you look at the killer or you're just too low rank
