You wait 6 hours, because if your dc penalty is 6 hours long this is not your first dc.

It's an automatic penalty for disconnecting. You disconnected, several times.

seeing as you have ttv in your name, I took the liberty of checking if you were live.
you currently are, so, in my very limited knowledge of twitch, would it be possible for you to provide a clip of this happening

1 disconnect is a 1 minute ban.
For 6 hours, you disconnected (or 'left' a game) at least 4 times within about 24 hours.
These rules apply to everyone, you are not special.
You should probably choose a different game to stream for the next four hours instead of just staring at the lobby screen waiting for some higher power to "fix" it.
