I'm sure you've seen the teaser trailer...
If not,
It kinda reminds of someone in particular... Harrow (warframe) due to the fact he has a lamp on a chain too... He represents a Dark Preist character...
Not sure what is ability is... Leave your thoughts below...
It could be that he just trails smoke and increases the fog massively...
