Blight add-ons are IN NEED of nerfs.
The whole community agrees his add-ons are unfair and need to be looked at. This killer is ruining the game with his unbalanced add-ons. Can we at least get a confirmation of when his add-ons will receive rework.

Yep, but knowing bhvr they will probably end up nerfing his basekit even though it's also very agreed upon that his base kit is fine.

Fr it'd be so nice to get some transparency on this, even if that transparency is that the addons are being looked at and will be changed.. at some point. tho if the truth is that the addons arent being looked at maybe its best we didnt know tbh

the only reason why people think that base blight is fine is because the think the addons are the problem, in the moment the addons are nerf people will see that blight is too good at everything like nurse

He’s really not. Basekit blight is extremely balanced. Super easy to play around.

Nurse has 80% of her power in base kit. Blight gains 200-300% power level in add-ons. They aren't even comparable.

really its just alch ring that needs changing, maybe c33 as well?
personally id buff all the other killers addons to be strong like blights are since the devs dont know how to nerf addons without making them completely useless (poor billy)

Imo alch ring, vial, c33, c21 should be purple, and idk about speed. Speed is def too good for its rarity tho and being able to stack it is nasty

speed imo isnt "too good" same as how engravings isnt. it feels great and makes a massive difference
what makes speed too good imo is alch ring

I am a certified green speed addict. When staked with yellow speed it almost comes down to collision to counter, or absurdly good tiles.

The tinfoil hat theory is that BHVR looks at the pick % rates so much, that's why they haven't nerfed Blight addons. There's actual good things besides just Alchemist's Ring, so the % is spread evenly.
Compare to Ghostface getting recharge addons reworked, Marvin's Blood, that one Twins sword addon, and Doom & Death Engravings. On killers weaker than Blight, they had worse addons so the % on the few good things they did have were so high. Thus, they got nerfed in order to encourage more addon diversity.

but its not broken. its strong but not completely uncounterable
the survivor still needs to misplay (which is incredibly easy vs blight, more so with those addons, but its still on them)
and you can get hits on tiles regardless without double speed, or any speed, it just significantly lessens the survivor's margin of error. i dont think its broken

they look at numbers and nothing else, its painfully obvious. why else would they go for a nerf on engravings? they see billy has 2 addons that get used, and the others dont, so they go for the nerf because "number too big bhvr not happy >:("

C33 and Alc Ring need to go.
Make the speeds lower by a percent each or prevent them from stacking.
Revisit in 3 months.

Lmao, go play blight against survivors that know what they're doing and see how "broken" he is. 2 of his addons needs a nerf(C33, alch ring) and that's it.
Maybe, let's nerf spirit, since a 5 year old can pick this killer and get a win streak within 2 days. she has broken add ons and a very easy to use power(I just walk, but faster).

I’ll admit that Alchemist Ring needs to be ejected into the sun, but the rest of his add ons are fine. I’m of the belief that there absolutely should be some really strong killers with high skill ceilings in this game

bhvr really doesn't like nerfing the most powerful things in the game for whatever reason. bnps unchanged for years same with syringe and MDR survivored spirits addon pass.

Alchemist Ring and c33 are OP, but speed addons are not and survivors want to nerf them anyway.

IMO it is the right way to do the obvious stuff first. And it is obvious that Blight has a bunch of Add Ons which are just too strong. So nerfing them should be the first thing to do. If Blight is still too strong afterwards, they can look into basekit-changes. Personally, I would say if they nerf the problematic Add Ons (and those are a bunch, probably at least 5) Blight should be fine.
However, Blight is protected by the Devs. Meanwhile they attempted to nerf Engravings...

C33 and adrenaline vial are definitely not fine, arguably same w speed but that idk they are kinda on par w his other addons and should at the very least be higher rarity

AV already has one hell of a downside, and it’s only strong with AR. Get rid of AR and AV is fine as is.
as for C33, it just needs another downside. For example, make it take an extra 2-3 rush tokens to break a pallet.

The Downside of Adrenaline Vial is a joke compared to all those Buffs it gives. The Downside was significant when they first introduced it, making it his worst Add-On. But since its buff it is one of the best Add-Ons and not only good when paired with Alchemist RIng.

as for C33, make it use up all of the rush tokens to break a pallet.. It’ll still break a pallet faster then a normal pallet break, but at one hell of a cost
