South African Servers
Is there any progress as to whether we're going to be seeing South African Servers? It's quite difficult to be playing a game where the ping is constantly 200ms or worse. Playing killer is also a no go. The wait times can go up to an hour and this happens quite frequently

Sounds like a worthwhile venture for BHVR seeing as countries in Africa are rapidly progressing.

It's a few months into 2023 now and we still have no further news on this. We've got a big South African DBD community which is sadly dwindling away because of this exact reason. Ping is constantly on 200 plus. It's hard to stay invested in a game you know you can be so good at and enjoy but not being able to cause of things outside of your abilities. We'd love to see dedicated servers close to us or at least give us an option to play peer 2 peer again.
I've spent some pretty money on this game cause I like it and it has so much potential. Just sad that we South Africans can't experience it in full.
I hope to see some response from a BHVR official.

I'm guessing there just isn't enough demand for one. Buying and maintaining regional servers likely costs a fair bit of money, and if there aren't enough players in the area then it just isn't worthwhile.

Yeah they lost a lot of players making the game exclusively server orientated.
