Which is the meanest build, used only by demons who escaped from hell, for survivor and killer?
So which is the most evil, annoying, or highly effective builds you hate to see used against you but you love using/ seeing your teammates using as both killer and survivor? Also why do you regard said builds in that way?

For survivor, I find them to be evil only towards your teammates
-no mither builds 99% of the time are just a liability for your team
-builds with being the last survivor standing often indicates you have no interest in working with your team

Skull Merchant:
PGTW, Eruption, CoB and Overcharge with Adi Valentine #1 and Shotgun Speakers or swap Adi Valentine for Brown Noise Generator.
In terms of demonic builds for psychos, this is about the best (or worst) of the best.
9 -
Any survivor that has Self Care as their only healing perk.
1 -
Or even better, self care and no mither
2 -
Mini game pig hex face the darkness, hex plaything, hex Pentamento and a perk of your choice box of gears and rule set no2
If you injure someone and down a different person this makes a great situation where the person with the trap has to cleanse play thing of get inturputed every 25s by screaming then if they cleanse you get Pentamento and it's a constant someone is not on a gen

Ok, I fall inside that category now that CoH has been nerfed and I play in SoloQ

For killers it's gotta be insidious basement Tombstone Piece Myers with Insidious, Deadlock, Agitation and Corrupt Intervention. First you get to 99% tier 3, then you down 1 survivor and bring them to the basement. As soon as someone comes for the rescue not only do you down them, you instantly mori them.

bruh cob give only 3.7% regres in minute, you can't be serious

Thank you. I was thinking to purchase SM so I can bring terror and boredom to Weekend SWF sweats. This will help if I do decide to get her.

Either "meta"
OR Wesker with:
Coulrophobia, Unnerving Presence, Sloppy and Overwhelming Presence
Or Pig with:
Oppression, Surveillance, Corrupt and Whispers
Addons: Bag Of Gears and Crate Of Gears/ Combat Straps, John's Medical File
The Pig Build is quite effective but Players that know how Pig works will counter it easily

POV: You don't know how Dull Merchant works.

Twins with Coul and Sloppy can be pretty mean. Throw on Knockout and Third seal and.. yeah. Never used it cause usually Sloppy and Coul provide enough slowdown to get from one side of Mother Dwelling to the other.

Self Care with No Mither is less cruel because people can't waste time healing themselves in a corner for 69+ seconds... every single time 😱
1 -
You monster! If I see you in my Solo Q Lobby I will dodge you. As a killer I will love you <3

Pinhead with Iri box/Torture pillar and Hex: Plaything, Hex: Thrill of the Hunt, Hex: Pentimento and Sloppy or Franklins.
I feel horrible loading into a match with it, and sometimes never get to use Pentimento because survivors are too busy with chains. But I do it anyway, weird.

Wesker - infection rate addons
Perks: third seal, undying, pentimento, plaything
An absolute diabolical build. I have not lost with it yet.

I hate when a killer has 4 hexes. Especially, when they are all used for the same purpose (e.g. gen regression). A little diversity never hurts...

WR build on blight in terms of disgusting levels.
In terms inflicting mental damage, probably what pulsar said.
1 -
Camping Bubba, No way out and Deadlock you can give yourself extra time with Pain Res, deadmans switch with that build you can get almost 3k by just camping.

Survivor : Dead Hard
Killer : Rancor

As killer:
- Doc with Distressing, Huntress Lullaby, Merciless Storm and Unnerving Presence with double Calm or Iri Queen+King on The Game or Midwich.
- this one:
- Sadako: Ruin, Face The Darkness, Pentimento, Discordance with Iri Tape and Ring Drawing. Go full condemned. They never stop screaming....
- Wesker: Dark Devotion, Plaything, Tinkerer, (any regression perk) with Sunglasses and Video conference on Lèry's or Midwich.
- Myers: Lethal Pursuer/Corrupt, Fearmonger, Tinkerer, Discordance with Tombstone Piece and J. Myers Memorial. Just 99 and the TS the person on the Gen with tinkerer.
As Survivor (towards my teammates): Blendette. Alternatives: No Mither, Self Care or any Last Man Standing build.

I disagree, as survivor i often use last man standing builds, however i do indeed play for the team. However, if you have people dcing and suiciding every second match, you start to plan for that.

Personally, I'll play to the bitter end. I don't plan on bailing on my team no matter what. Will I die more? Yeah, but I find it better than people usually bailing left and right. I'd rather someone take most other perks over the last person standing perks because I think it gets people too willing to ditch the team.
For example, yesterday I played a game and one player got hooked early and no one even tried to save them nor worked on a gen. I tried to unhook them before they hit 2nd stage and I got downed. Nea (a 3rd survivor) and Dwight (4th survivor) were left. Nea went into a locker on the other side of the map and Dwight tried to save and got downed. Nea stayed in the locker until the 3 of us died. They were running one of the last man standing perks and got out. They messaged us saying it was pointless to try. This is why I really hate those perks and wish they had a requirement such as at least complete a gen before they can be used.

Doctor: Distressing, Unnerving Presence, Coulrophobia, Merciless Storm ideally with a map offering such as Midwich. Really annoying skill checks that randomly speed up / slow down with smaller area to hit the skill check while also having them randomly appear in the opposite direction due to madness. Merciless Storm works great with madness causing the skill checks to appear displaced and also in the opposite direction giving higher chance to miss the skill check thus blocking the generator.

I would agree with xerox, but i change Coulrophobia to Starstruck, and run 2 Calm-Addons, on Midwich, The Game or RCPD. Easy win.

I need to confess I used to be a No Mither only player for quite a while (I was trying to get better at the game and not be scared of being injured anymore), and well I don't blame my teammates for leaving me to die on first hook against Oni.
0 -
Sloppy instead of PGTW. No time to hook, gotta kick gens. Just slug them
0 -
Might as well use Surge then
0 -
any lucky break build variant, generally along with overcome.
as said above, sole survivor and left behind, even by themselves. but that's towards your teammates.
1 -
Nah, you'll hate me for using blast mine and maybe Head On (soon).
Also, I am one of those strange specimens who use counterforce, so say bye bye to your hexes.
0 -
Yeah, we all play for the team...but it ain't our fault that accidents happen.
0 -
To be honest, there is currently only one perk that annoys me. And its name is Boil Over. I don't care about Blast Mine as I rarely use Gen Kick perks. Head On doesnt work that often cuz survivors doestn use it in a good way. And I rarely experience good teams with Head On. As long as you're playing with SelfCare, you're basically on my team and betray your mates.
Oh, and I've never used Hex Totems that much. I know they can be very strong sometimes. But fortune hates me, so I'd rather use consistent perks.

Thrill of the hunt, haunted ground, undying and retribution. It's kind of a meme build but it's hilarious. Survivors just need to cleanse them.
0 -
There's only been 2 big perks I can think of that killers cry about. Those WERE decisive strike and dead hard, and those perks have been dismantled. Survivors don't have the luxury of making toxic builds unless you're in SWF and running synergistic builds. Killers have powers that when paired with the right perks and addons, can be used to the utmost of toxic levels and make survival likelihood 0%

You ready for this? This build is the utter most super top secret economically and politically advanced build in all of dbd.
Killer with build: Trapper
Build: unrelenting, empty perk slot, empty perk slot, empty perk slot
Items: no items
Now glorify in 4k after 4k

residual, flashbang, head on, quick & quiet. if you use this you hate the killer and want them to be in as much pain as possible
for killer, no way out, pwyf, face the darkness, Thwack!
use that on ghostface, with philly and olsen's wallet
:)
